Therapy

What:

Individual, dyadic (caregiver + baby), and family therapy

Who:

Adults, aspiring parents, expecting couples, families and children

A good fit for you or your child if you are:

  • Feeling stuck, sad or worried more than usual

  • Grieving the loss of a pregnancy, child, or loved one

  • Worried your child is demonstrating behaviors you think may not be age-typical

  • Struggling with transitions or adjusting to life changes

Consultation

What:

Child development consultation sessions in person, by phone or confidential telehealth portal to support parents. These consultations are different from therapy as they are intended to be short-term on an as-needed basis.

New parents navigating the transition to parenthood, parents seeking advice and information about routines with a newborn, couples looking for accurate parenting guidance tailored specifically for their personalities and circumstances, families wanting help and professional advice managing feeding or sleep routines specific to their child, parents feeling stuck, single parents seeking an advocate or expert to bounce ideas off of

A good fit for you if you are:

  • Overwhelmed with feelings of worry or sadness since the arrival of your new baby

  • Worried your baby is more fussy and difficult than you expected

  • Stuck parenting your new baby, toddler, or preschooler 

  • Depleted and run out of ideas or strategies to try with your “spirited” child

  • Having trouble feeding your baby, whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding or transitioning to a new way of feeding your baby
